Why you shouldn’t price match
We believe that price matching is not something you should do in the service industry. Price matching can work for a tangible item such as a television or refrigerator but not for a physical service. There are few reasons why we have taken this stance since we started our service based business. A service is not something that everyone does the same. For example, one roofing company may not be as knowledgeable as another roofing company. One electrician may not be as skilled as another electrician. When a person is performing a skill that they have trained on their knowledge is what is a major part of what the pricing should be. Whereas, a tangible product is the same item being built the same way.
